Counselling for life's changing tides.
A calm, supportive space to be heard, understood, and gently find your way through difficult seasons.
How I work…
Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don't have to do it alone. I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, while also feeling supported to grow.
I'm warm, compassionate and down to earth, but I won't simply nod along. I'll ask thoughtful questions, gently challenge unhelpful patterns, and help you see things from a different perspective. I believe real growth often comes from balancing empathy with honesty.
Our work together is collaborative. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, encouragement and accountability. Along the way, we'll build practical tools and insights that you can carry with you long after our sessions.
Areas I specialise in
- Life transitions
- Relationships & family dynamics
- Resilience & self-worth
- Grief & loss
- Breakups, separation & divorce
- Narcissistic abuse recovery

A little about me...
I was born and raised in Cape Town, and I've always found healing beside, and in, the ocean. It's where I go to think, to grieve, to reset, and to come back to myself. Tide Therapy grew from that feeling: that life moves in tides, and no season, no feeling, lasts forever.
Long before I studied psychology, I was the person people naturally came to. Friends would tell me their stories, family members would confide in me, and I'd often find myself helping people navigate difficult conversations. I also spent years working with children as a babysitter, au pair and teacher, which sparked a deep curiosity about how we grow, connect and make sense of the world.
Over time, I realised that what I love most is creating a space where people feel safe enough to be honest, curious and completely themselves. Whether I'm working with a child through play or sitting alongside an adult navigating a difficult season, my hope is always the same: that you leave feeling a little lighter, a little more understood, and a little more connected to yourself.

How counselling works here
STEP 1
We meet for 30 minutes
A free video call to say hello, chat about why you're thinking of counselling, and see if we're a good fit for each other.
STEP 2
We find your rhythm
Weekly or fortnightly 50-minute sessions, online or in person. Most people start weekly and adjust as things settle.
STEP 3
We do the work
We make sense of what is happening, build steadier ways to cope, and track what is actually shifting.

A happy life rests on a few pillars
When one of them runs dry, everything tilts. Much of our work is noticing which of yours needs filling, and finding realistic ways to do it.
